By accessing and using The Kickwall Skills Club platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform and that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under 13 years of age require verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
Users between 13 and 17 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including videos, comments, and other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant The Kickwall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Platform for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform's services.
This license includes the right to use your User Content on The Kickwall's social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube) for promotional and marketing purposes. When your content is shared on social media, we will provide appropriate attribution to you as the creator, including tagging your social media accounts if you have provided them in your profile.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

The Kickwall reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or our Content Policy.
We may use automated tools, including AI, to assist in content moderation, but final decisions regarding content remain at our discretion.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE KICKWALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES.
You acknowledge that soccer training activities carry inherent risks of injury, and you assume all risks associated with such activities.
The Kickwall reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
